Paycom does not offer a self-service developer portal. Integration access is enabled by your Paycom representative. Once they turn it on, you share the relevant account details and Benefit Cloud handles the technical connection. Here is how.

Step 1: Contact Your Paycom Representative

Paycom enables data integrations through your dedicated representative or client specialist. Access may require approval and can take a few business days to provision.

1. Contact your Paycom representative or client specialist.

2. Request that they enable an integration or data feed for benefits administration with Benefit Cloud.

3. Ask which access method they provide, whether API credentials, a scheduled export, or a dedicated integration user.

4. Note any reference or ticket number they give you.

Step 2: Gather Your Connection Details

Collect the details Benefit Cloud needs to complete the connection: your Company or Client ID, the account representative we coordinate with, any API credentials Paycom issued, and the enablement reference number, which speeds up confirmation.

Step 3: Submit Your Details to Benefit Cloud

Share those details through the secure Benefit Cloud portal, where they are stored securely. Benefit Cloud uses Paycom data in read-only mode to retrieve employee and payroll information for benefits processing. We do not modify records.

What Happens Next
