The Complete Netchex Integration Guide

Netchex brings payroll and HR together for growing employers, and the more that data does, the more it matters that benefits stay in sync. When a change in Netchex has to be entered again in a carrier portal, that manual step is where enrollments get missed and terminations linger long enough to generate charges.

Connecting Netchex to Benefit Cloud automates that flow. Employee and payroll information moves to your benefits ecosystem, carrier feeds stay current, and your team stops copying records between systems.

Netchex enables integrations through your dedicated account manager rather than a self-service developer portal. Once access is on, you share the relevant details and Benefit Cloud handles the connection. Here is how.

Step 1: Contact Your Netchex Account Manager

Netchex enables integrations through your dedicated account manager. Provisioning may take a few business days.

  1. Reach out to your Netchex account manager.

  2. Request API or data feed access for benefits administration with Benefit Cloud.

  3. Netchex confirms the access method and issues any credentials once approved.

  4. Note any reference number they provide.

Step 2: Gather Your Connection Details

Collect what Benefit Cloud needs: your Company ID, the account manager we coordinate with, any keys or logins Netchex provided, and the enablement reference number that speeds up confirmation.

Step 3: Submit Your Details to Benefit Cloud

Share those details through the secure Benefit Cloud portal, where they are stored securely. Benefit Cloud uses Netchex data in read-only mode to retrieve employee and payroll information for benefits processing. We do not modify records.

What Happens Next

Benefit Cloud can coordinate directly with your Netchex account manager, tests the connection, maps your data to your feed requirements, and confirms once the integration is active. Your data then syncs automatically going forward.
