  1. Reach out to your Justworks account manager or support.

  2. Request API or integration access for benefits administration with Benefit Cloud.

  3. Justworks issues API credentials or confirms the connection method once approved.

  4. Note any reference number they provide.

Step 2: Gather Your Connection Details

Collect what Benefit Cloud needs: your Company ID, the account manager we coordinate with, any token or credentials Justworks issued, and the enablement reference number that speeds up confirmation.

Step 3: Submit Your Details to Benefit Cloud

Share those details through the secure Benefit Cloud portal, where they are stored securely. Benefit Cloud uses Justworks data in read-only mode to retrieve employee and payroll information for benefits processing. We do not modify records.
