The Complete Asure Integration Guide

Asure helps small businesses handle payroll and HR without a large back office, which is exactly why manual benefits work is such a drain. Every enrollment or termination that has to be retyped into a carrier portal takes time the team does not have, and the misses that follow, a coverage gap here, a stale termination there, cost more than the entry itself.
Connecting Asure to Benefit Cloud automates that handoff. Employee and payroll information moves to your benefits ecosystem on a schedule, carrier feeds stay current, and your team stops re-keying the same records.
Asure enables integrations and data exports through your account team rather than a self-service developer portal. Once access is on, you share the relevant details and Benefit Cloud handles the connection. Here is how.
Step 1: Contact Your Asure Account Team
Asure enables integrations and data exports through your account team. Provisioning may require approval and a few business days.
Reach out to your Asure account manager or Asure support.
Request API or data export access for benefits administration with Benefit Cloud.
Asure confirms the access method and issues any required credentials.
Note any reference number they provide.
Step 2: Gather Your Connection Details
Collect what Benefit Cloud needs: your Company or Account ID, the account representative we coordinate with, any keys or export settings Asure provided, and the enablement reference number that speeds up confirmation.
Step 3: Submit Your Details to Benefit Cloud
Share those details through the secure Benefit Cloud portal, where they are stored securely. Benefit Cloud uses Asure data in read-only mode to retrieve employee and payroll information for benefits processing. We do not modify records.
What Happens Next
Benefit Cloud can coordinate directly with your Asure account team, tests the connection, maps your data to your feed requirements, and confirms once the integration is active. Your data then syncs automatically going forward.
